I’ve taken combined K2/D3 vitamins for years. I haven’t had a cold for about twelve years and am pretty healthy for my tender years. I’m also the only one of my family and friends who hasn’t had Covid (yet) so I guess my immunity doesn’t need a further boost by taking gummies during the winter. I doubt the gummies would make me any healthier anyway and the vitamins that I get are a fraction of the cost. So, when Abi came on to tell/lecture us about their benefits I changed channels.
