Having read the thread, i duly went off and tested my Clarisonic, and the water doesn't move when i put it just in the top. When i tried it with my sonic toothbrush, the water was definately more active! I've always wondered if it was doing much, as the middle only vibrates a little, i knew...

Yes. They showed a round up of all the shows that Ant and Dec went on, and took stuff to auction. It was all very chaotic, but good fun. Charlie was seen asking someone if it was ok for them to take a laptop, i think it was, and he mentioned that he'd probably be getting his P45:mysmilie_61:

Then a miracle happened! CS phoned me, and they've put another voucher on my account, with a minimum of spend of £10.01, excluding p & p, so will have a look, see if there's something cheap i could do with. Maybe they are improving after all!!!

Success!!! I emailed Gareth Parker, and he apologised saying that the CS staff should have known that the £10 voucher was available for internet orders. He put the voucher on my account, and i've used it. Let's hope that he sorts out the CS staff, but don't really hold out much hope LOL

I know, told him that but he was adamant. Would be good if they all sang from the same hymn sheet :cheeky:
