Just a heads up for buyers to be aware about filing/rollering your feet. **most hard skin on feet is there for a reason** To protect your feet from certain pressure points in accordance with the way you walk.
Removing the dry skin 'until the healthy pink shows' is fine, BUT be prepared to walk (if you can walk at all) with great sensitivity, even pain for a week afterwards.
I learned this, the HARD way LOL OUCHHH
Sure thing, letting feet go dry to the 'barren grand canyon dry surface cracked & scaly look' isn't good, but daily intensive care moisture lotions are great to prevent this. Put your £ into a great foot moisture treatment, use every day, rather than panicking and removing hard skin, that has built up, in one swoop.
Final footnote (haha) If this item is returned, lets say, 500 units get returned... I dont think 500 units will get burned and recycled.. they will be cleaned up, repackaged, and resold. ewww.
