Just had a look at QVC Japan. Interesting deilivery arrangements which include specified days and times.

So bloody annoying when stuff from abroad arrives quicker than with Q. I wonder how long Q take to deliver in other countries they are based. I bet we are the longest.

In all the years I have only ever had 2 Hermes couriers and never once had a problem. The o lay problems I have had with couriers is with yodel and make a point of never ordering from a company who use them.

I would like to see a phrase added to the presenters vocabulary 'totally crap product'. Am I expecting too much? :mysmilie_19:
