Shocking indeed, for me, once Hermes have your item and you have proof the refund should be automatic. The Q should then be the one's who should be doing the work to get Hermes either to return or pay Q for the missing item, no good will at all from the Q when it comes to return refunds.

All of those people who received the wrong bag and are getting a replacement sent should return an empty box when its time to send the wrong one back, see how Q like it when stuff goes missing....

Quite right, I had it when I was 2, very mild - many many years ago, I don't have any mobility issues but do have one or two 'hidden' health problems.

Not nice I know, people with the chronic type can live for many years and in most cases live a 'normal' life as opposed to those with the acute form which has a very bad prognosis

You see, I know it's not cheap but that us a good price. However, buy from Argos or Currys you would get free p&p not the 50 quid Q charge. There again, you wouldn't get it at this price anywhere else this week but you may in the sales.

As much as JR gets some stick, in reality she is a true professional. Ill or not the show must go on and she won't let it beat her. I do however think that her days on the Q are numbered because of it.
