    Should we be insulted?

I have plenty of admiration for certain celebrities who are actually famous for being good at something, and who seem nice/intelligent/charitable/principled/similar/all of the above. They seem to be a relatively rare breed though. I've never understood and will never understand the likes of...

Laura Geller Baked Lace Illuminator in Ballerina

I like the Marks one better. I don't dislike the LG and do use it but I prefer a less glittery highlighter. It's not super super glittery but more than ideal.

Laura Geller Baked Lace Illuminator in Ballerina

It's not the same one, I have both of them. The colours are very similar but the LG is more glittery and the Marks more metallic.

If QVC gave you £100 to spend, what would you spend it on?

I'd put it towards a Lulu bag or a back up pair of my beloved Paterson Lo Emus.

    Should we be insulted?

I don't really feel insulted per se, but it is rude and patronising. As in none of us have any worth as human beings because we're not these sainted celebrities. Ha! Oh woe is me, I'm not as worthwhile to the world as a vapid, moronic Kardashian... Forgive my arrogance but I rather think I am...

    Kipling leather

Thankyou folks, I've decided to go for the Kipling option. It's got a good amount of discount too.

    Thanks ladies.

    Kipling leather

Does anyone have any thoughts, experiences etc with Kipling leather? I'm torn between one of their leather bags and a different one and want to know which is more likely to last well, scratch the least and whatnot, so any opinions would be a big help.

Never heard of it. When was it from?

Taya Hair woman has lost it.....

I quite like some Yankee, although they used to be better.

    Is it just me...

Aaaargh god, I cannot watch that promo! So, so annoying. Lulu G is certainly a bit eccentric but I don't really mind her. It does annoy me that she doesn't know some of her own products and hasn't seen them, even if she hasn't designed specific things it seems a bit unprofessional to never...

    Fiona's "popcorn" effect

Nothing to do with Decleor/Q but on the subject of famous people being nice or not, my fiance sort of met Patrick Stewart today. Well, more fell over him is what he did, but yeah. He has dyspraxia so tends to fall over a lot. Patrick Stewart was apparently very nice and concerned in case fiance...

Oh dear Jill Franks, porkie time again

Is there anything that isn't the "only one she uses?" It'd be so easy for her to just say X is my favourite but this new one's lovely too, maybe I'll alternate. Or I love lots of them, they're all great, I'll add this to the rotation. Something like that. That's actually being more...

    Fiona's "popcorn" effect

I'd heard she wasn't meant to be nice to staff. Do you know of any specific examples?

    Fiona's "popcorn" effect

Does anyone have the first idea what Fiona from Decleor is prattling on about with this popcorn effect business? She wheels that phrase out every time she appears and has never once explained what it means. Why would anyone want their skin or skincare products to resemble popcorn, ie explode...

Who was it you saw from Emmerdale?

    Random sightings of presenters

This was several weeks ago now but I saw Debbie Flint in the Epsom Odeon. As soon as I clocked it was her I looked away, didn't want to give her the attention!

    Pay back time

I think I'm missing something too. I'm not that keen on her but I've never noticed her being rude or overly interrupt-y.
