I'm not keen on the silicon straps, had a fabric type one on my fitbit and it was so much better.

I have in the past unravelled hand knitted jumpers, washed and re-shaped the yarn and used it again but it was never very successful. Now I get wound up having to untangle the ball of wool so I don't think I'd have the patience to unpick a completed item.

Me too. Last night Julia was going mad at not having correct sizes on things and went 'old school'. She asked someone to bring her ruler and measured things on the screen as she didn't think the sizes they were showing were correct. If only they could all do that, would make life so much easier...
