5000 sold for a TSV is terrible sales for Decleor. Wonder who put this kit together, Fiona B or Decleor? Decleor really need to up their game when it comes to TSVs, something special is needed!

Sorry if anyone else has started this topic! Has anybody else been having problems with the QVC app for the iPhone? For over a month a now the live streaming keeps going to QVC USA and the programme timetable keeps disappearing. The only way I can get it to work is by constantly reinstalling...

I agree with what people are saying, It's good to have easy pay but then it always seems to build up and up. I am dissapointed that the Decleor TSV has not gone on easy pay but then I am dissapointed with Decleor as they seem to be forgetting about their younger customers. Again, I can't buy...

I do love both brands and I did start off with Decleor but found I wasn't getting the results I need until I started using Elemis. I still love the aromessences from Decleor but think Elemis are far better with their creams and masks.

Totally agree with you Moth! Wish they could be honest with us since QVC customers seem very loyal with Gatineau.

Hi Claudia! They don't seem to be giving me a reason except for QVC won't accept it, even though I have given Quidco the order number. I havn't returned anything, can't think why it won't go through :( I spend a lot as well.

Is anybody else having a problem with claiming money back from QVC through Quidco? Every item I have bought since January 2012 from QVC through Quidco is being declined!

No it wasn't in the TSV. The TSV one is pro-radiance and not pro-collagen. Hope that helps.

She is a very honest person. I wanted to buy a certain product from elemis and she told me not to as it would not benefit me. Remember, she is pressurized from Elemis head office.
