We'll......I got onto photon and their customer service is excellent. They have fixed the problem for me. I can now watch the videos on my iPad. If anyone has the app " Photon" I will gladly tell you how they did it

I know iPad doesn't have flash player to be able to view videos of presentations, but has anyone downloaded the apps Puffin or Photon to be able to do this.
