It is the same with clothes...such a gamble........so much P& P money!!!! I realise that 99.9% of anything I have ever sent back has been the clothes that do not live up to expectation.....moral of the story...don't buy any clothes from QVC

Mine arrived- the minked grey. This bag looks a different colour depending on what angle you look at it from. Plain and functional but useful for work.

I bought 2 sets of the fleeces in the last TSV........they are very good and still look new.....so I don't need any more. If you go into trespass shops their stuff is very reasonably priced, although the TSV is probably slightly cheaper.

I haven't noticed a smell. However....I think this product has something in it that makes it addictive......if I can't find mine my lips begin to feel dry and I feel panicky!!!!!! I kid you not!:confused:
