I was recently told they would contact me/ refund me etc in 5 days and after 2 weeks I sent an e-mail as I had heard nothing. I received an apology and the refund was processed quickly - just give a nudge.

I didn't notice prices dropping substantially when the dollar was low.

It is way overpriced I have looked at this before and they had the cheek to have it as a TSV - it is still on introductory price. I think the easypay is to get rid of them becase they guarantee you will never see it lower than the TSV price.:54:

You posted at the same time as me Stacey but the main gripe on the site seemed to be that they did not grip very well and it took a few attempts to get hairs out, which could be to do with the shape - have you found them easy to use?

I thought they looked nice but I was put off by the reviews on the site. I have a pair of her ordinary ones which I like but I have never tried Tweezerman and I think I would try them next as they get high praise.

I have 3 pairs of these in suede and they are fabulous. I wear a 5 and although they start off being a bit tight to put on (through the ankle part) they soften up so beutifully they are like gloves. I had never seen the leather ones before they look taller than the suede ones.
