I did, DX tried to deliver on Tuesday of this week and left a card with a tracking no, the company has an automated delivery request/info line that you can only access with your tracking no. It was delivered yesterday and all is fine. The company does have a website I think it is www.thedx.co.uk...
I used the original Tova Signature with the black lid for years and years, I loved it. I had people comment in the positive, I also had a couple of "flyspray/kitchen" cleaner comments, but I didn't care because I really loved it.......until there was all the fororay (spelling?) over the new...
I recently had a conversation with a midwife friend who told me of a woman at 47 with grownup children who had left home. She excused herself from the dinner table explaining to her husband that she thought she had a bit of indigestion. She was gone a little while and the husband went up to...
myface cosmetics is from Charlotte Tilbury who is a "makeup artist of the moment" - she trained under Mary Greenwell.
Here is a link to her doing 5 min face using her products + article in the times - wonder if she will be appearing...
If you look in the new beauty items thread, SCW has listed a few new philosophy items and the most recent one has details of one of the item numbers you have listed.
Hope that helps
they have some "snow" kits on HQHair - so it may have some of these products in - I have put the link below
http://www.hqhair.com/browse/category/brand/search?searchString=snow&brandName=philosophy&cid=71091
PS I am not trying to do your job SCW! I am a poor substitute for your skill!!
My Mum ordered hers about 12.30pm on Wednesday and it arrived today at 7.30am which is spectacular delivery - she had her baked potato at about 9.00am and pronounced it very crispy and perfect, so a thumbs up from her at the moment.
I am seriously tempted by this. I am rubbish at F.A.R.T.I.N.G, this is good value, I love and use all the products, the rollerball perfumes I have used in the past and found to be really good at making the fragrance last, the conditioner is fantastic...oh dear I must resist....help somebody!!
So glad it is back up again - like everyone else I have been checking and twiddling my thumbs. You don't realise how much you miss something until it's gone. Thanks to everyone to getting the website up and running again. Ditto the comment about facebook - scares me too!
Apparently Vivienne Westwood asked specifically for one of her fragrances to smell of freshly washed ladybits :cheeky:........dunno which one though!
I bought Platinum in the hopes that it would be like the original Signature but to me it was just like the new Signature, but more expensive, so...
Ditto for the slimy feel of the towels, however my children use them and love them, and they don't half wash and dry quickly and easily.
As for the face cloths, I rather liked them, but found that it was a bit too easy to rub and press a bit hard and at one point I drew blood - not good for the...
Actually I would have to stop myself saying "actually" - I looked at my post about Kipling and I had put "actually" twice in the space of a sentence.........oops.
Bring back Lorraine who did actually say about the correct Rudyard Kipling connection, and went on (ad infinitum actually so maybe I don't want her back) about the "If" poem which was printed on the lining of one of the bags.
I smelt the Origins Ginger Essence perfume over the weekend and that is very like philosophy gingerbread scrub......but then Origins is disappearing too:sad:
I thought it might be a perfume set - the conditioner is very good. Here are the MUA reviews for Unconditional Love (which seems to be shades of Falling in Love)

Just to put the anti f.a.r.t.i.n.g argument, I do find that L'occitane is really good for presents, ie the MIL and my own Mum.........what's a girl to do???????
if you go to the LE website and click on the picture of the perfume it has a section underneath entitled how it all began and here the perfumer himself talks about taking the IB as the starting point
http://uk.lizearle.com/index_2.php?userpage=fragrance_story
I am always slightly disappointed with L'occitane, it is all a bit meh to me. I find that the body lotion makes my skin itch, I can get the same foam with good old dove, and I have got a box of unopened hand and foot cream in my cupboard. So massive f.a.r.t. from me (also I have just bought a...
I have to agree - somewhere along the line I read that this perfume would be based on the Instant Boost and it seems like forever that people have been swooning over the smell of the IB and hoping, nay begging LE to bring out a fragrance based on that.
I like the smell of IB, andI like the...
