The cystal nail files are great. I have one by Nails inc and the duo by Leighton. The Nails Inc feel better quality. Both do a really good job and would recommend without question.

true, but Dell standard delivery is that on their web site and it does come from Ireland.

If thats the reason for the high postage, why aren't we seeing it on other sites, am sure they would have had deals done at similar times and so be affected in a similar way, but it seems they can still knock spots of QVC for real value!!

I have a set that I cannot fault. Would recommend. And can be sharpened quite easily. Certain they are not serrated though. Yes the prepology sandwich one was but thats all.

Think it may be easiest to say that it is samsung. Would be believable if you could order direct from them but as you cant need we say more

I believe if you were going to get hit, you would have had to pay before you got the item, postie is not allowed to hand over without payment. That has been my experience in the past both work and personal

I had my first acknowledgement of order on Thursday, but am still waiting for confirmation that the item has been sent. Think this just shows that its not the couriers and royal mail to blame for slow delivery, maybe it is QVC who just dont despatch as quickly as they say

Is there any chance that the orders that are now showing a zero are orders you may have cancelled or returned? Just a thought it could be reason

Also how long does it also take QVC to process the order, currently have an order placed on Thursday (13th) still not touched Saturday (15th). They will lose custonners if they carry on like this

Dont think its Royal mail to blame. Have been told by CS that although item says shipped, it only means its ready to leave the warehouse so very misleading. When QVC started it was 3 - 5 days for delivery on everything, now its 10days plus and they always blame royal mail or their couriers...
