Faulty? Hi :wave:, That doesn't sound right - it could have been faulty. It has to be applied to clean, dry skin, so we put it on after our shower in the morning and by the time we have got ready, had coffee etc., we can go out in the sun and be protected all day. My husband used the SPF 20...

Me too Hi :hi:, I agree - sometimes the cashback is "extended" though - I find QVC really bad for paying cashback on time. I have 7 QVC purchases showing as "extended" at the moment - about £16 of cashback. It seems to happen quite a lot. :talking::talking::talking:

3-5 days after despatch [/U] Hi, The delivery time doesn't start until the item is sent out - according to QVC CS. So if you say 3-5 days, it sounds OK, but if you add on the 2,3 or more days the item is waiting to be sent out, it is a pretty poor show. :headbang:

Cashback Hi, You can't get 5% cashback though, if you phone in your order. :call::call::call:
