Same problem here. I tried LG dark brown and found it too red/brown for me, made my ash/black brows look strange. Couldn't even get Models Prefer to work. Was recommended Clinique and it's great. They do a great range and will match to your brows.

Yes, just like Rocks. The tag said non-refundable if tag removed. So I figured like Rocks, as long as I didn't open them it was OK. I thought maybe that was a part of my "statutory rights". No reply to the contrary from TJC.

Sorry, I am not an owner and I am easily confused. But I would have thought that it meant that they don't always put all their stock in one auction. Maybe they made and have in stock 100 of a certain ring, but only put 20 in a particular auction. Sounds too simple, so I must be wrong...

Well, I'm confused. The home page says Rising Auctions - no reserve price, buy for £1. You click the link and it takes you to the rising autions page. I clicked on an item and it told me that my bid had not met the reserve.

I sent some back a week or two ago and have had no problem. I have only just become a shopper with TJC and the tag on the earrings said they could not be returned if the package had been opened and the tag removed. To be fair, all the stuff says that, but I figured I'd give it a go. Like...

I may be completely cynical and grumpy, but I don't believe the presenters have any control over prices. They are salespeople and most of them are very good at it. Like many, I would watch when Steve B was presenting, figuring he was the only one who did have control and it would be bargain...

I distinctly remember when NN started on QVC that Suzie said 200-250 was hotel top quality and if you saw ads for 400 threadcount, they were lying and doubling the thread over - so it was actually 200 tc. Strange that should stick in my mind when looking at NN 500 tc! :giggle:

Look on Ebay. I got 2 from a lovely seller for £14 each and combined p+p of £2.80. Product was perfect and fresh.

I agree, Diamondgirl. I have no gripes about the presenters, they are who they are and are all different. You can't please everyone. But I have always felt it a bit silly when they gasp in amazement at a piece or when the price drops. I would be happy to be corrected, but surely they know...

Yep, my returns rate caught up with me and they shut me down. :giggle: Haven't even been tempted to start again, so much now is available elsewhere. They aren't the best deal around anymore.

OK, now it's driving me crazy...Fran Wilson Moodchanger lippies. Does anyone remember the company that used to be on QVC years ago that did a set of 10 (I think) moodchanging lippies? What was their name! Had a rather huge man selling the stuff, also did bronzer.
