i know where your coming from, £9.95 postage is just silly! even Harrods doesn't charge that much! i personally think £6.95 is too much too, but if the items are good prices it sometimes is worth it. by the way, does anyone know how long you can keep items in your basket for at gems now a days

Biggene, surely you cannot get banned from chat just for not liking a presenter. I know it is steves business, but people are entitled to their opinions, and as it is a business i would be suprised if you were banned for such a silly reason.

thanks princessracer :) it is a couple of the presenters that put me off the most, it seems like they have never done any presenting work before.

you see one of the main things i found amateurish is the presenters (not all of them, only certain ones), and one gives me a headache with the banshee screaming. i haven't have cause to deal with the CS team much, so can't really comment on that side, but it is good to hear they are excellent...

totally agree klos, there have been some bargainlicious items on! I also could easliy have spend a fortune. Its nice to see a clearance sale where there are bargains, i was abit disappointed with gems tv's so called clearance not so long ago.
