I agree OPI's nail envy is the best conditioner. I think Nails Inc. do the best polishes but I always use their base coat and top coat which stops my nails drying out. My nails started getting ridges on them (from base to tip) due to chemo. but the above regime certainly helps. Good luck...

I can remember my Mum changing the curtains as well. Flowery in the summer and dark red chenille in the winter. We also had a chenille curtain on the front room door to keep out the drafts. It was fitted on a special rail on the door which (if I remember correctly) just raised the curtain...

I keep all my jars. When finished you can get the small amount of residue from the bottom out with a knife, then soak the jar in warm soapy water and finally wash them using a scouring pad.......easy peasy!!!

I can't imagine wearing someone elses hair on my head for what ever reason. Mine is just growing back after chemo. but I went down the bandana route rather than wigs. It's a personal choice but if you are a necessity wearer it is up to the individual but for vanity reasons I think it is...
