We all know there is a cut off point for a TSV but it would it really hurt them to extend the deadline for say 30 mins when there have been problems with orders not going through on the website, Q-cut not working properly and extremely long waits (20+ mins is just not on) on the phones. I did buy a few things from them in the past - not much but a few expensive items - because of the 30day MBG. But I haven't bought a single thing from them since 2012. In fact I don't even bother watching it now.
