It annoys me that in these letters QVC ask you to agree to work with them on any query with their carrier. I always say no - I pay QVC to deliver not a third party - that's their choice and their problem.

...am back. Apparently there was a problem in the warehouse with item 696412 - a kesihi 45cm necklace. This has affected several orders. They tell me a letter is on the way to me and my account will not have been debited. If any of you have ordered this item it might by a good idea to check...

I ordered an Honora keishi necklace on line on Saturday. Order went through fine. I now see on my account that the order is awaiting stock and on the web it says the item is waitlist. I'm off to see if they deducted my account...

I got the Floral one - mainly because I hate the honey and lemon and did not wan to give any of it away! It wa still showing as 'in process' at 1 pm today but when I got home at 4.45 it was here and OH says it was delivered late am. So QVC have knickers in bit of twist. It is very well packaged.

At 1 pm today mine showed as 'in process' - got home at 4.45 and it's here and says 'dispatched' on my account. Live in kent. So they must have stock held at points other than Liverpool .

Mine still says 'in process' - I bought other items that day that have shipped.
