What with the credit crunch the TSV at over £200 even on easy pay is going to be more than I can spend on an impulse buy .So this is one I will have to pass on this time. I can't be the only one who feels like this, aren't we all watching the "pennies" now?

I have all most stopped watching Ideal World now as they seem to have reduced their product range to such an extent that all they are selling now are the same old products every week. Are they having trouble with their suppliers? does anyone know or are they just going "down the pan"

Will moving the call center make any difference to the over all quality of their customer service as the whole department needs a HUGH OVERHALL only then will it live up to its name customer service, at the moment the only people who they are serving are Ideal World.

For all that QVC charge for delivery they shoud be able to make sure that it is delivered both on time and in good condition,I have had to return several items that have arrived so damaged that they where unusable, the first time customer service where fine but they have been a bit "funny" over...
