I've ordered a few of her jeans/jeggings and must say the quality is great, but the fit/sizing is rubbish. I ordered a pair of her tight fit jeans in a lovely green, im usually a size 10/12 but looking at her sizing ordered an 8. They were massive!!! Looked too baggy so had to send them back

Turns out it was my usual delivery woman, she left it with neighbours. They are friends of ours but work full time, one of them popped home for some papers and took the parcel in that's why I never asked them coz they were both at work when I left and at work when I got home. would've been nice...

I know the wan who delivers as she's a friend of mine that's why ive contacted her. She's been delivering my parcels for years. She delivered on Monday some items from next and put a card thru to say where she'd left them that's why I'm confused, no card left at all?

I saw that too tinkerbelle and he wasn't passing the buck with regards to the case, he simply commented that he'd left it to them to his marketing team to come up with a case.

I bought that necklace and sent it back same day. Quality was naff! Think I must have got a return as the silver heart was pitted with black marks and the etching on the hearts was incomplete. Not what I expected for £92!! The tsv on the other hand is lovely!

I've had a few things sent by courier and they always have tracking info. Stuff sent out by royal mail 2nd class doesn't. You'd think tho that if you bought a necklace costing nearly £100 it would be sent securely with a courier. I've had numerous item via royal mail go missing. This necklace...

Jumper costing £26 + £3.95 P&P is sent to me via courier with tracking details BUT necklace costing £93 + £3.95 P&P is sent via royal mail standard delivery with NO tracking info. Would it not make sense for them to send out the high priced item via courier with tracking info? so at least I know...
