I returned an item a couple of days ago and I have received an email saying that I have received a refund already. Have you checked on your account? It usually shows on there that the item has been returned before you actually receive an email from QVC.

I purchased a ring from QVC and noticed that a small stone was missing, it was 11 and 1/2 months later. I called CS and they told me to return it for a full refund. Must say excellent service.
