As I was getting nowhere with all my own contact to various IW sections trying to get my parcels uplifted I have contacted a newspaper to see if they can help. Fingers crossed they can get them to respond!!

Thanks for that but unfortunately as IW have the payment then the products actually are owned by me so if I got rid of them I would be the only loser,thats why I dont want to just return them by courier myself. IW would then have both the products and my money and I can only imagine the trouble...

Thanks chicken- licken I looked and there it was. I had just assumed the two trays were meant to be together so I hadnt seperated them. Mine was very noisey too but found it went quiet when I made sure the part for lifting the lid higher for the extender ring was pushed right down. Hope that helps.
