It is an increase but I don’t think it’s terrible, all things considered.
I bought this last year on Auto Delivery - two drops at £39.98 plus £5.95 P&P each time, total £91.86 for both sets.
This year - assuming no Auto Delivery - if I buy two sets at the same time, I’ll get half price P&P on...
I’ve actually smelt the new balm, the eucalyptus isn’t overpowering. To my nose it’s a bit like the neroli one with a hint of eucalyptus freshness in the background. The texture is a good bit softer than the usual balms and it’s more of a bright yellow colour.
Click and Collect is only free if everything you order is already in stock at your chosen Hotel Chocolat store, otherwise there's a charge involved:

I don’t doubt that. And M&S will be able to negotiate a far better deal with a supplier because of the volumes they order than a small retailer buying from the same company. Which was my original point.
Yes, but my point was about smaller retailers and independent websites who could never order the same volume of stock as QVC - or, for that matter, Boots, M&S, Superdrug etc.
Agreed. But if QVC is selling a kit of products cheaper than a small retailer would pay for them wholesale, there’s nothing to stop them buying from QVC and reselling them on their own website at a higher price.
Annette often says that QVC is the only official retailer of the 1litre skinwash, and this set - while it's definitely a good deal - is identical to the Today’s Special Value from April 2017. So just wondering if maybe this is old stock?
QVC in the US has just launched a new logo:

This is the best bit:
“The new logo combines a square representing the many screens through which customers connect with...
That's really shocking (no pun intended). They have the email addresses of everyone who bought one of their potentially life-threatening products, so surely the only sane thing to do is send those people an email telling them not to use the lamps/bulbs while the letters are being sent out?
I don't find Jackie Kabler snooty or up herself in the slightest. To me, she comes across as an intelligent, funny woman who gets on great guns with guests and fellow presenters alike. I doubt she finds QVC "beneath her" given her genuine enthusiasm for many of the products, but I also...
I remember one from a couple of years ago when Alison Young was extolling the virtues of SBC arnica gel on a recent skiing holiday and related how she "spent the entire week on my knees." Adele stifled giggles which just made it all sound filthy.
This year, the prize would have to go to Keeley...
For any other brand that would be great - but for halfway through the day of the big Elemis Christmas TSV, when they usually have well over 100,000 units to shift, that doesn't sound so good.
I also ordered this from QVC as it was a good deal and on easy pays. It was supposed to arrive the week beginning 22nd October and, according to my account, was dispatched on 19th. But it’s never turned up.
I’ve called Customer Services a couple of times about this, most recently yesterday...
As I type this, it's on offer on Amazon for £99.99 or FIVE interest-free payments of £20.

I bought my Echo Spot last time it was a TSV and love it.
Um, much as I’d love to see Rob Lowe enthusing over a nasty blouse on three easy payments, or showing pictures of his Ultrasun-fuelled holiday, or telling us how a steam mop would make an ideal Christmas gift - don’t you mean Rob Locke?
Elemis shaving gel is brilliant, best of the bunch by a mile.
I don’t rate the L’Occitane shave gel to be honest, but it does smell nice. Overall though this is a great TSV, £49 including postage is an absolute steal.
