Think you might be right ... I ordered on Q Cut and it said 'For Black press one..there are no other options available' Normally when there is no choice it skips this part so we may well see other colours in the future.

They are brilliant - I had the make up /toiletry one and I also had the rolling bag on wheels. Only trouble is you would not be able to use this as hand luggage these days, not if you were using it to its full potential, whihc is its ability to hold full size products. But well worth it anyway...

Yep, I got told that too - I mentioned their statement on the website about delivery being within 10 working days and they just said that's the normal time but sometimes it takes longer ! I've just phoned this morning and been told it should be with me for 4th August - so that's a whole month...

I ordererd some Egyptian cotton bedding on 5th July. Order generated 9th July according to the Parcelnet bit. Estimated delivery 15th July and still showing that date! Another call to CS I think though a week ago they told me to wait a few more days.....

Thanks Tabatha. I haven't contacted them yet - building up to it! I should have mentioned that it hadn't leaked so it had definitely been used. Bad enough that other things get sent out again but beauty products - urgh !

Totally agree these are brilliant. I have mine on blue as I have some white ones and the colour fills the whole shade so looks like a blue globe rather than a strip of light or just a blue lamp. I also got colour changing ones from IW recently as a POD and they are exactly the same as these but...
