I think it's always admirable when women have set up sucessful companies. Liz Earle & Lulu are definitely roles models, I think you need to have lots of creative flair to be a handbag designer & Lulu has oodles, my only gripe I think are the prices are too high for what the items are i.e a teeny...

QVC definitely are going for the more up market brands....but it would be a cold day in hell before Chanel sell their wares on QVC, if I'm wrong I'll strip naked, run down Putney High street yelling I love pinkpussycat! :cool:

That's interesting, quite a low figure then, maybe they're dipping the toe in the water to see how they sell...but it also looks good to have a lot of sell outs......

It would be interesting to know how many of each bag they had in stock.....I'm sure more than ten, but probably not thousands.....I think Lulu has quite a following, maybe some of her fans bought from QVC the first time yesterday.

Is this the one with the batteries?.....if so I have it......really great, I highly recommend it, it sits in the fridge and does it's job, no funny fridge smells at all & everything stays really fresh.

I have to agree with you there!...I think for canvas it's definitely over priced.....but I do love the quirky style of it......Kathy was saying it was patent the trimming...does that mean patent leather?....if the trimmings aren't high enough quality i.e patent leather/brass swiss zips...

Yup full of water and alcohol....much better getting other products, for instance arnica & aloe vera gels/creams, get them at healthfood stores, you'll get more active ingredients, you can 99% pure aloe vera gel as opposed to the pidddling % in SBC.
