I have a big issue with the way QVC gets it's data before sending out the letter. If they are disregarding why items have been returned (ie faulty, wrong item sent etc) they are guilty of punishing customers who are exercising their legal right to return items under the Sales of Goods Act. QVC...

Me too - if they were going to have a bracelet I would love the leather/pearl one. I love Honora but find their TSVs a bit disappointing as they lack variety.

I check out the TSVs of the products I really like (OPI, Lola Rose, Bare Escentuals, Honora, Leighton Denny) but I only stay up to midnight for Lola as I get up very early for work and I need my beauty sleep :angel: I don't always buy the TSVs either - if there are the nail polish contains...

Being honest if I see something I want from QVC I will buy it - I don't know how ethically made/sourced are the nailpolishes, make-up and jewellery I purchase. However if I knew that someone was only getting a small wage for doing it, then I would think that at least they are earning something...

Midnight is too late for me but I will have to stay up for Lola as stuff can sell out quickly. I would prefer 8pm or if it had to stay at midnight, put the info on the web a couple of hours earlier.

The clothes are too expensive (I got 4 modal tops in the High Street for £35 - couldn't get one Yong Kim at that price). I think too many of the ranges (e.g. Dreamkeeper, Butler & Wilson, Pompoos) are more suitable for special occasion wear rather than every day wear and some of the US ranges...

In some ways I would be surprised if the TSV was a ring as the sizing of LR rings are so unpredictable - I've found a medium can fit me in one style but not in another. If they were going to do a ring, it would be great if they did one of her stretch rings. I am hoping our super sleuths here...

I like the TSV, it makes a change but unfortunately I don't trust my cats to keep away from it :sweat:

I agree - that's why I only use the cheap stuff. The only thing that gets rid of my wrinkles is botox - a nice side effect since I have it to help with my migraines. If I was that bothered about it, I would get surgery but having seen so many celebs looking dodgy, I'm not sure I would bother...

I can't be faffing around with creams for the face, eyes, neck etc - I just want a basic cream to keep my skin from feeling too dry. Whatever is on special offer at Boots does it for me. And with QVC having the beauty channel now, there really isn't a need for a whole day dedicated to it on...
