i got the zhuzh accelerator and lock and save on special offer too. ordered them thursday, they arrived saturday by courier,,i was amazed at the fast delivery .I did get a lot of emails confirming the order and despatch, way too many emails tho and at first it looked like i had ordered them twice.

you will probably get differing answers to this. But just by looking online and doing some research you are entitled to a refund or replacement as the item is faulty, but im not sure if the retailer is obliged to give a refund rather than a replacement. the citizens advice consumer line should...

that is one of the funniest things i have ever seen. i saw the bit when the model Natasha(?) was on. the dress looked awful, but the luxxe presenter was just the best, it looked like Waynetta Slob and the shoes were just the finishing touch. But i guess thats what QVC think their customers are like?

I'd have thought calling them and saying its not fit for purpose might help , after all, you would reasonably expect it to last more than one year? surely? i have had a couple of things replaced altho not at QVC that were not fit for purpose without any problems.

those elizabeth taylor perfumes that do as two 100 mls u can get cheaper online too, I thought bid and price were about discounting maybe thats why they are so bad lately as they cant compete in the way they used to.

He wasnt advising people to check the prices on Tuesday when he was flogging some Ambre de cabochard which went for 9.99 ish plus postage, online u can get it for about 9.99 all in on some sites.

the last few things i have ordered from IW have turned up very fast, i did return an item as faulty ,the refund was very quick altho they didnt refund the p and p initially,but it only took one email for that to be rectified. A couple of years ago it was a different story, they were appalling...

I gave up watching the prog after a few minutes as like a lot of real tv it seemed to be more about the self important presenters than consumer issues. if its worth watching ill catch up on the iplayer tomorrow.

I think Dawn comes across far better on C and C, she seems relaxed and good fun whereas on Qvc she seemed far more uptight and unfriendly. She is definitely one of the best couple of presenters on the channel .

Dawn has become more relaxed lately, i guess after being on the stepford wives channel it must take a lot to break out and be more real.

I like Jackie,very calm presenter, she did some shows on the IW channel on Tuesday and was really good.

of course if her kids call her mummy thats fine, it just sounds ridiculous and affected to refer to herself in that way,although i appreciate that in this day and age when its a profession to be a mummy i understand why so many wouldnt agree.

On her blurb she bleats on about being a mummy. This is fine language if you are on the cbeebies channel ,but once people have reached the age of 6 or so, the word has usually progressed to mum or mother.
