thats disgusting especially when we cant return earrings 'for hygiene reasons'!!! they could disinfect them for the rest of us!! havent bought many pairs, not sure if I will be jumping to the phones to buy a pair now! again ... ewwwwww

both ads are laughable I got in touch with the shopper service, asked for 1 ct of diamonds in a white gold ring and if style permitted, a bit of tanzanite, not essential, the diamonds and white gold were ... got back 2 pics (prices straight from their site) 1 with 1/4 ct of diamonds, 1 with 1/2...

cant belive it ... mine arrived about 10 mins ago!! wasnt royal mail, was a courier did order an OTO the night before the tsv (the chef knife) and its been shipped (day later than tsv) so should get it soon - wish I knew how their system worked ... heres hoping that they keep this method of...

I ordered on Monday night, received it on Thursday... it should tell you on their website when its been shipped!

It looks like they have done this to me too now ... well, they have on hold 595.77 when it should be 545.77 I called and asked them if the same thing had happened to me meesh ... was told they didnt think so, that they will speak to finance dept and see what they took ... but that I might need...

I bought a wee ring a few weeks ago, first time in nearly a year(decided to take the plunge again), and got my new pin no, which then meant I couldnt log on with my old password (they dont tell you this) but from the website (you can go in and change your pin number back, found that out myself...

CS dont seem to open now until after freeview go off air ... suppose it means they can take more orders that way ... my friend tried to get through the other day too, and there was no answer...but when she looked online there was a big auction on ... she waited until there was a single for ring...

its not right though, the deal is on their website ... and they are still showing the ad ...its not supposed to run out till mid August :sad:

As some of you might have read, was waiting for the delivery today (delivery was missed on Thursday) and was panicing in case I saw somthing in the sale (sale?, what sale?) and couldnt use the discount voucher because I didnt have it .... got the card today and it says on it 'check the website...

timed out at £433 !!!

:envy: ahhh...saw the ring too.. is it dearer on telly coz it looks like the one online has stones missing??? they wont learn will they?? am looking for a special ring for my next bday...wanted diamonds and thought tjc is the best place to buy...but am getting really miffed now.....
