Think I must be interpreting the rules differently. You need to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt to receive the p and p back, which QVC already do. They seem to be complying with the law.

The refunding of orginal p and p is in QVC's terms and conditions, it is the refunding of p and p in the 30 day money back guarantee that they don't do, presumably unless the item if faulty.

Good grief, I have just looked at the lovely little bottles that usually come free with the large ones, they are the 4ml ones. Last three times I have been given or purchased the full sizes I have also received 12 of the miniature ones. I missed a trick there !!!!

I think there are 4 places that sell MB in Guildford and I never see anyone buying a thing. I do love Black Pepper for my husband which I decant into a Bayliss and Harding bottle because he thinks it's a waste of money going down the plug hole. I used to be really keen on L'Occitane too but...
