I think a lot of shops would wonder about it as well - if anything I see it good that they are wanting to help to sort out the problem and ensure that you get the goods. I expect the fact that you asked for your money back instead of wanting a replacement would get them thinking it was...

That will be because if it is expensive and worth - over £35 or so - if the parcel goes missing then you on't get all your money back if it gets sent 2nd class.

Another poster on here liked that part of the customer services.

Depends what they were complaining about - without that we can't know.

What was your complaint? Not customer facing means that he does not deal with customers directly.

And that is what they do - usually stuff comes via Hermes couriers...so certainly looks like you are are have a moan for no reason.

Have they not sold iPads in the past? I know they have been on the Deal Channel. As for why they don't use what they sell? Why should they? A salesman that works for Ford will tell you they are the best car to get but won't always drive one themselves.

I think it all boils down to what you eat - if you eat a healthy, nutritious diet then you don't need to take anything.

Happy to use them and never had a problem with them - and that's been quite a few years of purchases. Mainly my wifes craft stuff but a few bits from Ideal World as well. Had issues with PayPal though...

She was placed in an awkward place by your phone call about something she will know nothing about and even if she did she would not be allowed to tell you. The sort of call you don't want in customer service.

As we don't know why they have left we can't know if the reasons for it were right or wrong. Although we can assume it was for business reasons, or, it could be because they wanted to leave. Without knowing any more information it is all conjecture.

They sell what people will buy and what they can make most money out of.

Some of us don't have the cash for real gemstones and would rather get the look without the cost - no matter what celebration/reason it is for.
