Update: heated throw delivered about an hour ago. Dog and I are snuggled up beneath it already, and it’s heavenly! It is the dark grey option and solid black fleece on the underside, with a ‘silver fox’ type colour on black base on the top.

When I ordered it, the two colour options were listed as ‘light grey’ and ‘dark grey’. I was planning getting the Taupey one myself, but decided on dark grey as taupe didn’t seem to be an option! I agree, it does seem to have a solid black on the reverse. Not really too worried about the look...

Well I’ve had my letter today and - surprise, surprise, - QVC have ascertained that I was refunded correctly for all relevant items, and they will be taking no further action. Wonder if anyone will actually receive a refund?

I had a sample of the Dandelion Fig, it was horrible, bitter, smelled exactly like dandelion leaves, I couldn’t detect any fig at all. I liked Jo Malone’s Fig & Cassis, and was disappointed. I had the first Shay & Blue TSV and hated it, I gave it away. I don’t think this brand is for me.
