Dear, oh dear - Wing Commander Knowles maintaining you can heat a room with the Rediffusion clothes airer 🤣🤣.

Yes, folks, switch off the central heating.
Peter Vol-au-vent would be proud of him.
Even Market-stall Mike look sceptical.

Wait till Dirty Peter gets a go at this - not only can you huddle in one room, not only is it going to be freezing, not only will it save you money.........

I didn’t say it would heat up an entire room did I? 😂😂
I did say it will give off some heat because it did give off quite a lot of heat and if you stood next to it, you would feel that but it absolutely wasn’t a radiator that would heat up the whole room :). It was a good bit of kit though - well made. I hope everyone is well - we did get a text in from someone asking if there blue gym shorts would melt on it so I was wondering if that text had come from you guys?! 😂.
I hope everyone is good here.

Wow Rob, did he say why he hasn’t been on? A welcome change
A surprise appearance from Rob Lamarr earlier tonight.
He seemed to be going along with the comparison prices a bit too much, but made it clear about the flexi payments situation.
He said the smellies were good and the £19.99 Bluetooth speaker were good also (speaker sounded f*c*ing awful).
Still they've gotta earn their crust?

I didn’t watch long enough to see Rob Lamaar have any price comparisons presented to him last night. I have seen him previously refuse to go with a couple of the more ridiculous ones. The tactic is toxic and clearly, they won’t back down on misleading people in this way.

What he did definitely do yesterday was properly explain the Flexi-Pay process - unlike the others. Making it clear that the first payment of say, £10, was just that (the FIRST), then confirming the grand total amount, and how many more were to follow the first payment. It’s easy to be transparent if you are of the mind to be - even working in a generally disingenuous environment, if you have the moral code to be so.
