Why do they always try and price compare batteries with 4 packs?
And it's always from your local shop (which is obviously going to be dearer than online shops, lot more overheads) why not compare with similar multi packs you can buy online from your competitors rather than a local shop which really isn't in competition or a competitor with you?
 
It always strikes me with Mason when I watch him on the channel is that combination of supreme arrogance (beautiful bald fella, feels music, women want me etc.) he usually expresses with a faux belief. Almost self-deprecatingly ironic about himself even, in how it is delivered.. Clearly said that way to suggest he doesn’t really believe what he is saying, but you sense underpinned by the feeling that he really DOES believe what he’s saying but relayed in a comedic manner. I think, in turn, if that’s true, that would give him an incredible dislike of any harsh criticism made on places like this. Hence, you often hear him repeating things on-air, again in a said with ‘humour’ sort of a way, that very much can be linked to things that have been said here. You’d email him to ask what he really believes about himself, but there doesn’t seem to be one for him. Also…beware of people who speak of themselves in the third person. The Duke of Cheese is very wary of them.

Muttley, I tried listening to the waves, rainfall, thunderstorms and tinkling fountains before sleep. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me as I had to get up to go to the loo😵‍💫.
My sister has a fountain her garden but turns it off when I stay there as that also has the same effect.

I get the impression that he is very thin skinned and he seems to have anger very close to the surface.

And Muttley agrees with you about speaking about yourself in the third person🤣
 
Well, Paz was extraordinarily defensive during their appearances on here. Matched at times with an undercurrent of aggression in their often confrontational and bitter responses. Rear Admiral Knowles seems to get much better out of people for some unknown reason by his measured, constructive and in-person contributions here. I can’t think why??!!

It was. And a bottle you can't throw away either ;) It has a pattern on it that makes 'lovely' patterns when the light is on (when you move it :p ) Sell it as a lamp for gin lovers: bedside table. And if you're interested, it was marmalade flavour, better than it sounds.
 
Probably for want of nobody buying the tat on offer, he went off on a Children’s TV nostalgic surreal rant. His main focus was on the changing room in the 1970s’ programme Mr Benn. He felt it ‘not right’ that the Shopkeeper stayed in the room while Mr Benn removed his cardboard clothing, revealing his cardboard painted appendage, to put on a new costume which then led Mr Benn to a new adventure. Suggesting it was somehow a tad sinister for the man to remain as a potential voyeur to Mr Benn’s posturing and prancing. Of course, nowadays it would be called ‘Them Benn’ or ‘Gender Neutral Benn’ and the first change of clothes would be a Folies Bergère can-can dancer’s costume.
