I tend to use it before tuning in to IW. Doesn’t work!Muttley, have you tried First Defence spray? I’ve used it successfully on two occasions. Worth a try if you only have symptoms still. Wife, daughter, son in law and grand children all upstairs in bed with various stages of cold / flu. All dosed up with night nurse and calpol. So it looks like it’s just me and the dog seeing in the new year.
