Food order being delivered tomorrow, Hubby collecting the turkey on Monday, baking Christmas Eve afternoon, so all sorted.Yes, one or 2 small things to sort out but not much. My freezer is packed, got a few treats in the cupboard, I definitely won't starve! And I have a nice bottle of Prosecco which I will open Christmas Day. Glad you're all sorted.
Was he rubbing his groin (wa*king) on TV.?Just seen that hot water bottle belt. Where on earth did they get that from
I didn't like the way he had his hands in the side pockets right in front of his 'gentleman's area'. I'm being polite in case Galesgal57 is reading, I know she's very sensitive and I didn't want to shock her by being graphic
It did look like it, it put me right off my mid morning cup of tea and my Hob Nob...Was he rubbing his groin (wa*king) on TV.?
Taiwanese dollars, actually.1000 pieces for $16 a piece (USD, I assume?) £12 or so a unit, plus shipping..

45p a unit, then.Taiwanese dollars, actually.
I’ve got most of my food sorted and have Tesco delivery tomorrow. That’s got the cheapo vegetables and plus my usual foodstuff. I did treat myself to a mixed pack of Boursin cheese.Everybody got Christmas Food and Presents sorted, I think we are like 99% done
Same here, I buy the mixed pack of AA & AAA ones. The only Duracell ones I use are in my Smoke Detector. Makes me cross when IW tell people they’re getting a bargain with those Philips ones, that are usually around £5 cheaper and you get more from Amazon.Amazon do own branded batteries also, which do the job, they are what we use
I’ve got a foot for my sewing machine specifically for sewing on buttons. Never used it. Always sew buttons on by hand."How much does it cost to get a button sewn on your shirt or trousies at the repair shop?".
What, do folks not use needle and thread anymore?
Do folks actually go to a repair shop to get buttons sewn on their shirts/trousers?
