The before and afters are laughable, they've just had a blow dry.

Anyway, yet another hair TSV for fine hair, people with medium and thick hair do exist! They wouldn't dare offer a beauty TSV without a range of skin colour foundation shades these days.
they dont offer a choice because it wouldnt sell as simple as that, they have tested it quite a few times & the other options always get left & end up in clearence heavely reduced plus they have stated on air they only do the fragrances in the ones they do because apparently it messes with the formulation & they have been working on trying to get it to work with others (they have mentioned this a lot in the past)

If they can do fragrance in the Moisture Balancing Conditioner then they could do it in the Moisture Balancing Shampoo. Even if the fragrance does effect some formulas they don't need to have fragrance items in a TSV but it is just Q being stuck in their rut as usual!!!

Tried this brand a couple of times as I have fine flyaway hair but a lot of it. My hair and scalp don’t like it at all. And the elasterciser made my hair worse and scalp flaked something rotten. Took a bit of trial and error with shampoo and conditioner to get it back in a good state again. I now use Aveeno oat shampoo and conditioner, which is great for me.

I didn't rate the elasticizer I found it made no difference to my hair.

I used it exactly as instructed in leave it on overnight. It never seemed to wash out even though at one time I shampooed my hair three times it still felt tacky afterwards. I know a lot of people swear by it but it certainly wasn’t for me.

How do you know this? Do you work in QVCs buying and/or finance department?

I couldn't bear the thought of going to bed with wet hair. Did it once when I had long hair and I woke up with a raging headache and had to wash it about 3 times. I also washed it twice the next day for it to feel better.
O/h said it looked like I had nits with the amount of scratching I was doing.

I tried PK when it first came to QVC, a set shampoo. Conditioner and Elasticizer. I was not impressed and never repurchased.

In my local TK Maxx there is always loads of PK and I mean the big sizes and the fragrances you find in TSVs. I get the idea QVC dump them there to off load unsold TSVs.

I find the idea of putting a hairspray in a TSV slightly weird, I mean, how many people actually use it nowadays. Yes, back in the 80s when we had big hair. I know people use texturizing sprays but hairspray?

The elasticizer left my hair lank and sticky so I binned it. I would have tried the shampoo but don’t want the conditioner because I use Moremo 10 and it’s brilliant. Having used a lot of conditioners over the years, I’m sticking to it because it works.

Needless to say, I don’t bother watching PK shows now. There are so many of their products in which I have not interest, Elemis, Dyson, PK, etc etc that Channel 16 is rarely on now.

I tried Elasticizer tears ago and felt it did nothing. Tried it again a few weeks ago as it was in advent I got, and it was awful, made my hair really lank and lifeless and generally my hair felt awful!!

No, no-one on the forum works for QVC.

I'm with you on the Moremo 10 Toril. I have elasticizer and put it on every so often when I remember to see if it makes a difference, but I don't think it does. I've just bought the huge bottle of Moremo as I was about out of it and kept thinking it was far too expensive for what it is, but I do think it goes on lovely and makes my very dull dry hair feel much better. I've tried many things from cheap to ridiculously expensive and think this is probably the best, and so quick.
