It takes so much more effort to put together these fictional non direct comparisons (even the direct ones), than screenshotting or copying and pasting the copy from the website. There is just no information as to where they pluck the info from (their arse). This is the scummy behaviour I wish they would refrain from.

Ahh, they have the names of the Apollo crew members printed on the bezel. No day/date/complications or anything, just the mission logo, 20ATM water resistant and a Miyota Japanese automatic movement, exhibition back with the Apollo Roman number print obscuring it, but well worth £500 of anybody's money.

Maybe not continually but he does fairly often mentions that he prides himself on his honesty and integrity, and it's just not his style to mislead folks. Personally I find him one of the most conniving, deceitful presenters on IW, worse than Janice. His whole sales strategy is based around befriending the viewer with anecdotes / stories with his smooth talking jester character, just a guy like us, one of the lads with similar background and life stories, someone you can trust, but it's just a ploy to lull viewers into a false sense of security, it also has the added benefits of distracting viewers from concentrating to deeply/asking themselves questions on the products he's selling.

Totally agree on Mason, the fake "I'm your mate" routine, but the patronising comments to women in his anecdotes like "calm down darling" leave me cold. He just reminds me of a 1970s type of comedian who you soon realised was deeply unpleasant.

Sally on the other hand doesn't go down the friendship route but the fashion expert route. She knows that these patterned, shapeless frocks that remind you of your gran's curtains are at the cutting edge of fashion. We should listen to her because she understands style blah blah. Although I manage to have a perfectly good holiday without filling my case up with 17 pairs of sunglasses.

Just to update your description, that would be a DISCONTINUED Miyota Japanese movement, making it so, so, so more collectable and increasing re-sale value, so another reason to must have, heck just buy the whole set. ;):ROFLMAO:

I don't bother with cheap perfume I've never smelled before. I like Calvin Klein's unisex CK1 and CKB, flowery or strong perfume gives me a headache. It's always on offer somewhere, you can easily get 100ml for £25.

And when I saw the name I thought of the perfume I thought it was the name of the doll on Playschool (Hamble)😂.

I remember the days when fragrant ladies of a certain age would hold a small battery-operated fan to their face.
Maybe these neck fans are the modern equivalent, but they just look like a gimmick to me, but happy to be proven wrong.
Guess it depends on whether the fans are effective and batteries last long enough to be useful.

I was thinking more for when out and about or for a run.

I did buy the 2 as it was 25% off I think,

I've mentioned before on here, relating to these but my parents (both in their 70s) go ballroom dancing and my dad asked me to buy one off Amazon as all the dancers had one. It is handy as when they are sitting out of dancing or resting they can cool off. I don't know what other activities could use them but in that instance they have been using it for over a year now and swear by it. I think they are similar to those hand fans but by hanging round your neck, there's zero effort (no wrist strain)

Wouldn't read too much into the limited edition, brands like Swan & Edgar, nubeo, Rgmt, Shield etc all are mostly limited edition, and it's not because they want to create some rare time pieces, it because they aren't watchmakers themselves and need to buy in their watches from suppliers in China, and it's - the purchasing system, how much they can physically stock/buy (afford) and how many they can sell, which is the big factors in having limited editions. Limited/Special editions is really just marketing. The watches themselves ain't nothing special quality wise, they're just big and chunky with a storyline attached to them (not like any of the astronauts actually wears a Nubeo watch or the watches were even in space), so let's make them limited/special editions instead.

I know Mason and Bordell, were flogging a Nubeo that claimed to be up in space, but it was in a weather balloon, high altitude yes, but many miles from where Space actually begins.

If you're ranking watches on IW, IMO from worst to best, although wouldn't buy any of them even from another retailer.
