Looks like a gel seat pad, probably just messed up the graphics.
I think Simon IIes has copyrighted it. I am sure someone posted links in the seen on tv forum earlier in the week.
The Blue IW logo disappears at the time those bags come on but it's back to normal now.

I've seen classier goods filled decorating tables than what's on Walter's this morning. I'd walk past them in a charity shop clearance sale. He's seen his rainbow lightbulbs for £49.99 elsewhere. Yes, Walter. Of course you have. He is always more hysterically ridiculous on price when Charley Icelandberger is operating him.
