I thought that IW sold Bissell and QVC sold Vax.
I’ve noticed some things have moved over from IW to QVC e.g. Vitamix.

Things seem often to migrate between the two. Thompson & Morgan were on QVC, left briefly for IW and then returned. Vercella Vita were on IW now on QVC. Plenty more examples, I'm sure.
