We bought one of these machines direct from Thane.

In our opinion it's a rather heavy and awkward to use device (interestingly the head on QVC's is different to ours, the one we have is a large and cumbersome triangular head which is not easy to use in smaller spaces), the vacuum isn't very powerful but it's good enough for light work. The water reservoir is small and requires regular refilling.

I couldn't recommend it, we don't use it much now and have reverted back to using our stand alone Steam Mop and Vacuum.
