Yes, thanks for all the info Ian.
However - is it me or is that one of the crappest Yankee TSVs ever?

I wonder if any of these are specially created for qvc, I like the sound of Silver Birch and Winter Garden.

no its a standard TSV to start the year with an Auto-Delivery

no they dont make special ones just for Q but they are some of the fragrances from Q3 & Q4 collections so this is a sneaky peek at them

Ooh a coconut and vanilla scent! My two favourite smells in a candle, can't wait for that one :D

They have in the past made fragrances especially for QVC, Honey and Biscuits springs to mind , it was awful so not surprised it was only sold on Q.

My thoughts exactly. I'm not into scented t lights; when, and how, do you use them? I know this is not the intended use but, when I've no wax melts, I have removed the wicks from the t lights, and used them with my electric burner. No smell, though. Won't be going for this tsv. I can't seem to give the Q my cash, atm.

I like to use the t lights and the melts to boost the scent of the candles as I have one large room so need as much perfume throw as possible! I don't want the TSV as I do not like votives but will definitely go for the candles and source the matching melts and t lights elsewhere (with cheaper postage!).

I find some of the tea lights scent very weak and I only have a small room to scent but some are better than others, I do like the votives though and like the idea of trying new scents in small sizes, I do like the look of three large jar ones as well, particularly as they are floral based, I just don't like the foodie ones at all

I just have no self discipline when new large candles are available! Cannot resist that AD option, I'm afraid although I know it is probably wiser to try the small ones. I think the problem is I have an open staircase which makes keeping a scent in the room pretty hard, so I just dive in and buy the large ones with the other bits.... and the artisans as well.......

I`ve given up on the candles because so many of them seem to have weak scents. I don`t like to be overpowered but I do at least like to smell something. I ordered 2 large jars from Yankee but neither of them have rocked my boat as far as actually being able to smell them so I`m going to stick with the tarts and the electric tart warmer is great. I bought 2 large jar candles from Home Bargains, fresh linen and magnolia, they cost around £3 and they`ve beaten the Yankee jars hands down for throw. Is it me or does anybody else think the large jars have become just wax and less fragrance ?

im the opposite all the yankee ones ive bought mum at my crazy prices seem to have a more stronger throw than if i bought them at full price so i guess it varies per person

I agree with the others , very boring TSV. Ive learnt from past experience to not buy a fragrance from Q without smelling it first at the high-street, p&p is too expensive to take advantage of the 30mbg. I don't use the T lights and I have more than enough votive holders to last a life time. Its another Lazy TSV IMO.

I totally agree with you regarding smelling the candles in the High Street first. I was so tempted last year with the votives/tea lights on auto delivery but when I actually came to smelling them in the shops I was relieved I didn't. In particular I felt the winter fragrances were very poor. The 'Christmas Memories' fragrance I bought to try as a melt and it smelt nothing like the description on QVC. It stank of curries and brought on a terrible sickly headache. Yes,I think it is a bog risk to buy without smelling first and for that reason will not be buying this TSV.

Yeah I was the same with the winter fragrances this year, they sounded so tempting last January when they were describing them , however since smelling them in a garden centre recently , I don't like any of them , so glad I didn't got for them.
