Wow, I want these. But not sure about the double wick or the fact they are tumblers.

Isn't this a discontinued range? Perhaps they have brought back some as "treasures". They seem a good price as some of the other large tumblers I have spotted are around £20, medium around £10. It would be quite useful to have some double wick tumblers which do not need to burn for the full 3 hours plus to avoid tunnelling - and by three hours I mean five! I guess that as usual I shall be buying, and the next TSV as well! :mysmilie_14:

My theory is we are getting a lot more special prices on US exclusives as the Artisan range is no longer coming over here and the scent beads were not as popular. Just a theory!

I quite fancy these, mainly because I don't like the blobby shape of the usual jars. My nose is so sensitive I don't need to light candles, I just take the lid off for 30minutes...seriously!

Anyone know what the stated weight and/or burn time is for these? I've never seen them before.

EDIT: Sorry, should have googled before posting. Seems to be up to 85 hours burn time, so comparable to medium classic jar and therefore good price. SOLD!

Oh I LOVE the 2 wick tumblers, no tunnelling, perfectly even burns, hits the edge of the jar within 1-2 hours, fantastic scent throw, they're brilliant.

Yes the burn time isn't as much as large jars, but somehow they last longer as the burn is so much better.

I was really tempted by this set until I realised that it's not 'South African' but 'South African Vineyard'. Not too sure if I'd like that to be honest.
Ohh, decisions, decisions.

I was debating whether to order as I am suppose to be curbing my spending, but I love Yankee Candles and so I thought sod it and ordered. lol!

Stephen said tonight they will be doing more of these sets throughout the year. More expense!!!! I am rapidly running out of storage, lol.

Mine have just arrived. First impressions I didn't like the combined smell of all three on opening the box but thankfully individually they all seem quite pleasant. I love the clean lines of the large tumbler so couldn't resist but not sure I would have bought them as a set if I saw them on the high street. I like the rum punch one and may have purchased that on its own. I don't tend to have a type of fragrance group I like it will just depend on the smell.

Mine just arrived too. I'm not completely bowled over by any of them but they are all very pleasant. I'm getting a sort of sweet fizzy smell (lemonade?) in the Jamaica Rum Punch, the South African Vineyard is definitely more fruits of the vine than wine and Sahara Sun is very slightly coconut-y, and a bit like furniture polish at first but not in an unpleasant or overpowering way. I'm looking forward to seeing how they smell when burning as it may be a different story. I like!

Just received mine and I like them. Agree with AndiK about the scents but I prefer the Sahara Sun one for the coconut scent. All will be nice for a summer evening but probably will not get round to them any time soon. At least the coconut makes up for not getting Coconut Bay in the TSV AD (she says optimistically......).

I received mine Friday. I haven't burnt any of them yet, but from initial smell, my favourite is the 'South African Vineyard' (purple), then the 'Jamaica Rum Punch' (red), with my least favourite being 'Sahara Sun' (yellow).
