eeewwww yuk, don't like any of them in that way!!!! although howard's sense of humour and giggle are endearing, nigel is very quick witted, and andy is funny too, so if the question was on their sense of humour, that would be my list
oh and i feel so sorry for Martyn, he tries so hard and people , his so called colleagues, verbally abuse him and put him down, not very nice, he makes out it doesnt offend him but you can see it clearly does! so what, he drops stuff and knocks things over, he livens up the shows!!!
