What a brilliant thread. I thought it was only me who got irritated by several of the presenters! I think again though, it depends on what they're showing. I can put up with a bad presenter if I am interested in the item.
Talking about Charlie (someone mentioned that he came across as insincere) I was watching the Pilates programme and he said near the beginning that he tried the Pilates machine at home and went on a bit about how great it is. Then a bit further on, Marjolein asked him to try it out and he made noises about how he'd always wanted to have a go (or words similar to that). Well, either you've tried the Pilates machine Charlie, or you haven't.
I loved reading the phrases that people have noticed, they were so funny - and true!
I don't like any of the male presenters really, especially Craig, who I find really irritating. I only listen to him waiting for him to make a mistake.
I agree that Debbie Flint should come back, not sure about Paul Lavers though as I found him irritating too. And I think he's on another shopping channel now, every time I switch over he's showing the same things - paint thingys to make the job easier, car shine/wax.......
I could just watch QVC with Claire, Julia (OK, she is a bit of a queen bee but she's a good presenter) Pipa and.....errrmmmm......that's it I think.
Mind you I prefer the QVC presenters any day to the ones on Ideal World, now they really are irritating, especially the female (South African?) new girl.

Right ,sad being that I am, I switched on QVC today when I arrived home from the tedious food shop,and relative newbie Craig was presenting.
I got to thinking if QVC can emulate Pop Idol (or whatever they copied on Search For A QVC Presenter thingie), why dont they jump on the popularity bandwagon for Big Brother and EVICT some presenters
In true BB form let us ( the viewers) decide who we would evict, and why???
