Which came first - IW's mini mult-gym or WonderCore smart?

I got a bit of a surprise this morning with my morning cuppa - Thane Direct advertorial on one of the channels. Looks almost identical to the Mini Multi Gym IW sell (obviously with a few refinements so it's not exactly). I just wonder who came up with this first... and given QVC's relationship with Thane Direct (H2) whether we'll see this dupe on QVC. IW must be bracing themselves...
