When it’s from TJC …
Another delivery no show! No email telling me that I won’t be getting the item. I do have an email telling me I will get it but then a credit for it appears in my bank a week or more after buying it. Such a let down as it was a gift for my daughter. All you get is we apologise , we care about our customers but how can they when they do not communicate or follow up or even answer emails. Words mean little , actions mean more.
