I have had two things not turn up through the post in about 7 years. Stupidly I have not rung up, thinking they may think Im kidding. That was daft In future I will report things that don't come through. Id say it happens two in a hundred but I pray for courier deliverys and wish we could specify that. I hate the posting out, like I say, having the odd one not arrive, I get worried when they are late.

Our Hermes delivery guy is great, but never had any other company use them. Give you don't usually know which courier a company uses, I'd rather they sent stuff by royal mail, at least if I'm not in I can collect at local post office on a Saturday. Royal mail are great in my experience. Whereas dhl are awful, no tracking, no Saturday delivery and only deliver once a week. Ups have very good tracking but difficult to near range delivery and their depot is 140 mile round trip from me so collection isn't an option. Big thumbs up for both royal mail and Hermes from me.
