I bought the "Ab King Pro." Utter rubbish, it was!

You have to actually use it though, just looking at it doesn't give you a six pack

LOL! I nearly poked my eye out trying to assemble it. One of the key components was a hoop-shaped tubular piece of steel one had to bend to insert it into the other tubular part of the frame. Unfortunately the steel tube sprung out of my hand and took a chunk (about the size of a 20p piece) out of my forehead. I don't think I've ever seen so much blood in my life! I was halfway through assembling it when a friend called round. He said my kitchen looked like a murder scene! After spending about 2 hours assembling this thing I realised it was quite flimsy and couldn't cope with my 70kg weight. I ended up throwing it out.
