Peter Simon is shouting about this diet plan at the mo! He looks as if he needs to go on it as NOT ONLY is he bursting out of his suit but one minute they are praising and stuffing all the food in the kitchen with Paul and Joe but now saying we must diet. He said he wore that suit purposely to show he'd put a few pounds on. I hope he wears it in a few weeks to show us how nicely it fits after his stint on WTG.

I don't know if it's any good but I wonder the purpose of it when you can have something you've cooked yourself and just make the portion smaller.
